The site, situated like a large saddle nestled between two major hill tops, offers sweeping views through the valley to the River Gorge along the northeast portion of the property. The 18-hole golf course will offer a new high-end course unique to the land features and assets of the natural site. The residential portion is set to represent a new paradigm shift of resort communities beingsought by a more affluent client, seeking a high-end product in a unique setting within China. The community will integrate the finest hotel, restaurants, spa & wellness to create the most exceptional resort destination in Southern China.
